The choice for the X-Wall did not happen by chance. After technical difficulties and trouble resolving it with a previous digital attraction, Funzone went looking for new play equipment. Through social media they came across the X-Wall, hoping for a fresh start with better service.
“When you call X-Wall, they act immediately. I really appreciate that,” says the park manager. “The system works perfectly now, and compared to other attractions, it requires very little maintenance.”
Although Funzone values physical play, its conviction about the X-Wall is clear: “I'm actually against digitalization, but the X-Wall is a great solution here. Kids keep moving and that's what counts.”
