learning games
aligned with
learning objectives
Our games, such as Math King Multiplayer, Language Tornado and Topo Champion, align perfectly with common learning objectives and encourage playful learning. From math and language to topography; each student is actively challenged to improve his or her skills.
The power of moving learning
Moving learning increases students' attention and concentration, improves memory and leads to better learning outcomes. Research shows that exercise while learning promotes both cognitive skills and physical health.
AllesOverSport.nl writes: “To also realize effects on learning performance, one exercise session is insufficient. This requires regular exercise over a longer period of time. From a number of studies shows that additional exercise can increase math achievement. Exercise in these studies was characterized by relatively long duration and high intensity: the exercise program lasted at least 2 years and consisted of at least three sessions a week, involving between 30 and 90 minutes of exercise per day.” source:
why movement learning is important at school
Only 57.8% of children meet exercise guidelines. According to exercise guidelines, 60 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous exercise is essential for good cognitive, social and motor development.
Research by the Dutch Sports and Exercise Knowledge Center shows that children ages 4-12 spend seven hours a day sittingmuch of which is spent at school. Commitment to more physical activity at school is therefore necessary. Moving learning contributes to this and provides a change between sitting and moving during the school day.
